When you contact us through the function Chat with the experts, an Arexons’ product expert will reply live to your doubts and request of information. In the event that your request is not solved by the expert, you may be required to provide us your Personal Data such as name, surname, address, phone number and e-mail address in order to be contacted by Arexons so as to provide you with a response.

Data Retention
Your Personal Data collected through the contact forms will be retained for a period of 12 months.
Your Personal Data collected through the chat will be retained for a period of 3 months.
Your consent to the use of Personal Data for the marketing purposes of Arexons will be valid, subject to the right of revocation, for a period of 2 years from the collection, after which you will be asked to give your consent again.
